1. Place an order
The ordering procedure for Reims has been made as simple as possible. First you need to go to the product page and add the product you want to buy to your shopping cart. You do this by clicking on the black "Add to cart" button.
Now it is important to check that you have chosen the correct option. If everything is correct, click the "Checkout" button. On the information page you must enter the correct address details and ensure that all information is correct. Once you have entered the details correctly, you can click on the "Continue Submit" button.
On the "Delivery" page you have the option to check the address details you entered. You will also see that every shipment is delivered for free. As a thank you to our customers, we always cover the delivery and shipping costs. You can now proceed by clicking on the "Proceed to payment" button.
In the payment section you can choose between different payment methods. At Reims, all payment methods are SSL encrypted, so you are always assured of a secure payment environment.

Once you have selected the correct payment method, you must click on the "Continue to checkout" button, after which you will be redirected to the secure payment environment for the selected payment method. We take care of the delivery costs of every order. All our products are delivered to your home 100% free of charge. There is also no minimum order quantity.

In order to charge reasonable prices for our products, we have decided to collect packages in large quantities, and when we reach the minimum quantity, we will ship them at once. We hope you understand this and will help us create a better and healthier world.
Please note: Like many online stores, we are extremely busy and delays may occur due to the interest rate crisis. Please take this into account when placing your order. We do our utmost to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Once you have placed an order, we need 1-3 business days to process your order. During the week it takes one working day, but if you order on Friday evening or during the weekend it may take a little longer.
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped. It takes an average of 7-14 working days to deliver your order.

3. Delivery of your order

Wrong product?
Unfortunately, it can happen that a product is damaged during transport. In this case, we always offer you a new package for free on the first attempt and unfortunately we cannot give you a refund. Will it be defective the second time? We will then refund the full purchase price.
Lost a package?
If a package is lost or not delivered for logistical reasons, we will always send you a new package before we apply our returns and refunds policy.
Import duties
In some cases, customs inspects the package delivered to you. Unfortunately, this legislation has changed with effect from July 1, 2021 and we have no influence on it. In some cases, customs may require you to pay a small import tax. But do not worry! We can tell you that in 99% of cases this will not happen. Will customs duties be charged anyway? Contact us.
If the customer has not collected the product from the post office, we will have incurred the costs of delivering the product to the post office and are entitled to retain 50% of the value of the order as a refund. If the customer still wants the product, we will send it back to you for an additional fee of €7.50.
